Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable...all there in my recent experience with Fire & Ice. Three-day holiday weekend with temps over a hundred outside and 92+ inside with a surprise A/C unit failure. Responded to my internet SOS ASAP & showed up right on time both times (even early). Considering Sunday + Labor Day, we were up and running with cool flowing air fairly quickly. And, no sticker shock...very fair pricing.
