Flahiff Funeral Chapels

Need to be educated and up to date on prices.
Do your homework, don't assume that what they tell you is correct information. They told us that an obituary in the Press-Tribune was $150, it was $349. We were told the wrong price for a cemetery fee on a weekend, off by $700. These were items we were informed of after the obituary was published. We would have not put the obituary in the Press Tribune as well as have the service on a week day. Do to their misinformation we were charged over $1000 more than originally told. I mean really, shouldn't you know how much it costs to put an obituary in the paper? When you're in that situation, you are vulnerable and put your faith in the fact that the funeral home is telling you correct information. Isn't that what we are paying them to do, so we don't have to mess with it. In this case, they cost us over $1000. They should have known their stuff. We also couldn't read the condolences on our loved ones page. Very unprofessional experience. It might just be who you get, in the past Adam was amazing. Was not a good experience for this family.
