Over the years, I have had Floorcraft remove and install wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the lower level of my home, remove tiles and install hardwood flooring. They do wonderful work, they are professional, clean and show up at the designated appointment time. I have also used them to shampoo the carpeting in my home. Susan and Roddy worked with us and both were extremely knowledgeable and gave a lot of great insight as to materials, color choices etc. Floorcraft has a very large selection for every price point and they were happy to work with us within our budget. They sent us a lot of samples and spent a lot of time with us. They worked around our schedule for installation and were always available for questions.
