TOP Quality Professionals
After being told by another company that we had major leak and would need to replace a 4 year old unit spending thousands of dollars. We contacted FLUHART for a second look. Thank God we found this company very honest, facts were parts were good, ac unit good. Just a little Freon leak outside. FLUHART showed up earlier than time given had the leak repaired unit charged and house cool Before noon. The worker that showed up to do the work was super polite very neat and stayed temperature checking my vents. The worker explained everything to me, he answered all my questions It is nice to finally find an HVAC company that is honest does not try to rip you off. Mostly they are very professional. I have found a HVAC company that will be number one on my to call list. I HIGHLY recommend FLUHART HVAC.

Installed an inadequate unit
In January Fluhart replaced the complete heating and air system in a newly purchased 2400 sq ft home. (Duel units - one in basement the other in the attic). Fluhart recommended replacing what was there. (the old system was non-working)We followed his suggestion and paid him $12k. In June when we turned on the a/c it would not sufficiently cool upstairs. He sent out a tech who spent 2 hours looking over the system, charged us $190 and said it was working, but the blower speed needed adjusting. This did not fix the problem. We called them back and our calls where ignored. We called Hancock and they sent out two tech on two separate days to diagnose the problem, neither call have they yet charged us for. The last tech said that the upstairs unit is too small for the space, 1.5 ton. Said he would have never have suggested putting in a unit that small for that space. To have upgraded to a larger unit at the time of install would have only been a few hundred $ more. Why didn't Fluhart suggest that???? Now our options are to live with a hot house with an a/c that runs non stop, driving our electric bill up, or pay a nother company to fix their mistakes.

High Quality Service
I started using Fluhart Mechanical about 2 years ago after a bad experience. Fluhart Mechanical fixed the problems from the previous HVAC company and a few other problems we've had. They are always fast and professional. I highly recommend them.
