The guys were respectful, hard working, and did a super job. They gladly answered any and all of our questions, during and after. The best part was that NorthBay Sunspace dealt with all of the Marin County permits and inspections. Whew! Anyway, it's lovely and warm and our favorite room in the house.

We are very pleased with our four-season room and spend most of our leisure time there. The workmen were pleasant and courteous and the quality of their work was excellent.

Overall, our experience with Four Seasons Sunrooms has been satisfactory. Besides building a12'x20' sunroom, we also replaced all out windows with Four Seasons thermal windows. We are especially happy with the free glass replacement (just pay the $ 80.00 trip fee.) we have a lot of big birds in our area and have had a broken window from one. The thermal glass in the sunroom dies work pretty well. Many times the temp is "perfect" even with no heat or sir-conditioning running. We DO, however, keep and cbi heat/air conditioning unit in the sunroom in case it's needed in the hottest part of summer and coldest part of winter. We only have a couple of complaints. The first doesn't matter to me, but might bother some people. That issue is SOUND. Even thermal glass does not do much to block sound from indoors or outdoors. I can hear the TV when I am outside, and every siren and barking dog from outside. Rain in the roof is clearly heard, which is pleasant. But in a VERY hard rain, it's extremely loud. We leave the room in such a case. The second problem was the inept contractor who built our sunroom. I understand he was later fired. All I can is it was a good thing we went behind him and checked everything before we let him go. Part of his ineptitude caused flooding in the room next to the sunroom. He "fixed" it but there is still damage remaining. Check out your contactor's history and don't finish paying until everything is ok. There are some other small problems such as a screen that is ill-fitting. Sometimes it takes a while to get hold of someone at the local Four Seasons office. But overall we have been satisfied.

2 years later and we still do not have the job complete to satisfaction!

Hi: If you are thinking of purchasing a sunroom as I did approximately four years ago I would strongly suggested a Four Seasons Sunrooms.. Mine is used most of the year, except on really freezing cold days. Mine is on the south side of my home off my kitchen. My cats and I love it and if I don't open the door quickly enough first thing in the morning I definitely hear about it. Installation was quick, the staff were polite. Clean up was efficient.

We are more than pleased with the sunroom. While there were some minor problems and delays during installation the unit is very functional and the contractor responded promptly and made appropriate modifications.

I have entered an contract with a dealer of Four Seasons Sunrooms In February 2103. Under the contract, there were 20 years warranty on both material and labor on my sunroom. For the past two years, two water leaks developed on the roof of the sunroom. The water damage extended to the wooden door which is also installed as part of the sunroom project. For the past 4 mouth, I have contacted the Four Seasons office at San Jose as well as in New York and not able to get the assistance on the distorted door in my sunroom. I am very disappointed on my experience with Four Seasons Sunrooms. In fact, I am contemplating to sent a review to the Better Business Bureau or Yelp online. The roof of the sunroof is very loud with rain. Can't set in it when it's raining, seems like there could be some sort of sound barrier. The roof still leaks around the fireplace, my husband has to use roof tar about 2 times a year to keep it from leaking as four seasons didn't act like they wanted to make it right when built. For $25,000 you'd think it would be usable in all weather! Four Seasons seemed more worried about getting the money than fixing the problem.
