The company worked with me with the City of Carpinteria which was quite stressful, but eventually we got the permit. I have noticed that after the installation there water coming in through the seals that has stained some of the wood trim you installed. It appears that the calking was not done correctly. This appeared several months months ago. Other than that we are happy with the installation and we are thinking of doing another balcony later in the summer.

I could go on and on about how horrible our experience was, but I'm so tired of talking about it. Long story short, it took weeks upon weeks to get two basic bedroom windows installed and several emails to get anything rectified. It's one the to have human error and quite another thing to have horrible customer service. No one seemed to care that we were so upset. It's a window company---it should not be difficult to install two basic windows within a decent time frame.

From the first day the sales man came out to the completed product the office people and product quality was great 5 stars!!! However after the construction was complete I found Styrofoam packing pieces, fast food containers, soda bottles all over the yard. I’m still finding them, the job was completed in Feb and I hit a Styrofoam piece with the mower yesterday. I even found a utility knife in the driveway. Not really something you want to run over with your car.

I like my Sunroom and the gentlemen installing it were fantastic! It's funky because it was built for a wheelchair ramp and the man the ramp was needed for died two weeks before it was finished leaving me with a strange concrete step when the ramp wasn't installed.

THe contractor Bright Ideas was excellent to work with. Any issues that came up later on were promptly taken care of. Had it installed in spring 2013, two years later we are still happy. Kent in Ohio

I contracted Four Seasons Sunrooms in Whitby, Ontario to build a 4 season sunroom extension on the back of my home and it's now one of the best rooms in the house. The company and contractors were fantastic. They showed up every day from the beginning to the end of the project..I really liked the fact that they were not juggling my project with others, meaning, I had my crew assigned to my project and that was their focus. It's a beautiful, bright room that has added so much to my home. Thank you.

Our sunroom with its glass roof is simply fantastic. The whole experience from start to finish was very positive and stress free. EuroDesign Build, Burlington, Ontario, the company that build our sunroom were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Lui the President was awesome and after a meeting with him we decided to go with his company. His friendly smile yet professional approach, honest opinion,and directness was what impressed us. He patiently explained what the project would entail and we trusted him and were rewarded with this amazing sunroom. He very thoughtfully took into consideration our needs and desires and came up with a very fantastic plan agreeable to both parties. Planning and getting permission involves a lot of work but Lui was great and got back to us every step of the way. Ken is an awesome contractor and was very meticulous and professional besides being a very nice person to deal with on a daily basis. The project was within budget and delivered on time and we couldn't be happier. I sincerely say that I am lucky that I came across this company and would never hesitate to recommend this company to anybody. Would have rated higher had it not been for delivery issues. Standard sized units were not an issue. Custom sized was and dragged out the installation. Installation staff was professional in their approach and how they dealt with us. Did everything in their power to make the installation process as smooth as possible. It was a sizable installation. Certainly would recommend the local dealer/contractor.

Love the sunroom but unhappy with the contractor. I had to call several times and took months for them complete the small services missed during the completion of the sunroom.

The system is very classy looking and offers the most ventilation when you want it. Our contractor did everything within budget. We are very proud of the room addition.
