Fresh Start's owner & staff are professionals that take pride in their work. When they came into our home they were mindful to cover their shoes without being asked. They were very specific in their questions as to what we wanted done and any concerns about their products used in cleaning our carpet & tile. Once they had finished the job, they asked if we had any questions and gave us suggestions on how to maintain the cleanliness of the carpet & tile in between their visits. Finally, they value their clients and arrive on time for each service call. That was nearly 5 years ago and we continue to call on them for all our flooring needs. Great job, Fresh Start!
