Responsive and knowledgeable service
I recently needed a repair to my refrigerator which was leaking water. I cold called George after reviewing other customer feedback. We set up a time. Though he was a little late, he was able to solve my problem and also ordered and replaced a missing valve which was the essence of the problem. When it rains however it pours and two week later ( on a Sunday) my backup fridge stopped working. I called him and he came within 2 hours. The problem was a fried motherboard which he had on his van and replaced the faulty one. All is well. George is knowledgeable and responsive, even on Sundays. I will use him again if the need arises.

Could not have sucked worse
This repair service sucked sooo bad. My ice maker for a 5 year old Maytag got stuck 1/2 way through the ice making cycle. The repair man (George) stuck his hand in the ice maker, felt the stuck ice and said... Yes, it is stuck and then went on to quote me for a new ice maker which he would charge me 323.00 for (with install). I said "how do you know it is broken"? he said I did 3 tests, I check if power was working, it is, I checked temp and it seems ok and I felt ice and it is stuck.... So, you need a new unit. I asked him why is his company called "repair" if he is just going to swap pout the old unit for a new unit which costs 150 bucks and he said "that is the way they do it."
I had to pay him a $45.00 service so he could stick his hand in and say it is stuck... I knew this before I ever called him. He said "you are paying me because I did a diagnosis. Seemed like he could care less and certainly didn't do anything to try to repair. He said "a lot of different components to make them work... better to replace"..
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
