Was very dissatisfied! Paid him upfront and it took two years for job to be completed. Bid included all parts and labor costs but yet he took things homeowner bought and then came up with excuses as to why. The guys who work for Brad are nice but as for Brad couldn't tell you he wasn't ever at job long enough to see him.

In an effort to remain professional and not allow misrepresentation of my company, I would like to respond to this review. I have several points to rebut: 1. The person writing this review is NOT our customer and we had no dealings or contract with Cindy Chapman. 2. Upon the agreement of this contract, the homeowner was informed and agreed to clean up backed-up sewer that was filling the work area BEFORE work was to begin. It is our foremost concern to provide a safe work environment for our employees; with that being said- We were informed by the City Health Dept. that residual bacteria can lay in backed-up sewer area and be a serious health risk. After quite some time had elapse, the homeowner finally contacted us that ProClean had cleaned the work area and work could begin. Work was then scheduled in a timely manner. 3. As for the Bid including all parts and labor: The homeowner chose to purchase some material which we normally DO NOT ALLOW, but in this case-trying to "help out" the homeowner having incurred such a financial expense as having to have ProClean sanitize the sewer back-up, we did agree. Unfortunately the homeowner did NOT purchase the correct materials for the job and we had to replace them at OUR cost and time. Which was not our only attempt at "helping out" our customer....The City official mandated additional work to be done which was not accounted for on the bid and we did it free of charge of labor or material. We did offer for the homeowner to retrieve the "wrong" parts and he refused saying "I don't want them!" 4. RE: "The guys who work for Brad are nice but as for Brad couldn't tell you he wasn't ever at job long enough to see him". The "guys" are the representatives of Gibson Electrical and as such; our guys are nice, respectful and knowledgeable and work very hard to be great at their job! Brad is the Owner-managing member/ estimator and person that meets with the customers and agrees to the contracts. He is not a laborer so he would not be on the "job long enough to see him". That is not his role with Gibson Electrical. Once Brad meets with a customer, they are given his direct number and email and can reach him anytime they feel it necessary to do so. He is readily available to our customers. We have been in business since 2002 and have never received a bad review. It is our great commitment to provide quality work and experience to our customers!

Can't recommend him enough!
I felt more comfortable with Brad than I did with the other electricians I had bid my home. He wasn't the cheapest but I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need. His men were professional as well. I didn't hear one swear word and there weren't cigarette butts in the yard like I've experienced with other contractors. Can't recommend him enough!
