Damaged home and disappearing owner
On 10-16-17 a representative of Global Satellite and Sound acting as a subcontractor for AT&Ts Direct TV installed a dish on our roof. Several days later it rained and water poured into my home. Since then I have placed multiple calls and sent multiple emails. 3 installers came out and all confirmed the dish was improperly installed. One poured silicone all over the improperly installed bolts/screws (this did nothing as it leaked again 4 days later when it rained again). I was told by all 3 installers and a manager that the employee of Global Satellite and Sound neglected to weatherproof 2 of the 3 bolts used on my roof. They all stated that "no Bishops Tape was used" therefore the weatherproofing step of my installation was skipped. Global Satellite and Sound sent a contractor to repair the interior damage but I had to hire someone myself to fix the roof. Global Satellite and Sound has stated quite clearly that their subcontractor caused the damage but refuse to provide that Sub Contractors full name and contact information so that we can be reimbursed for more than $1,000 we paid to fix the damage done. To this day Dennis Aguilar, owner of GSS refuses to provide the contact information for this subcontractor. Despite the fact that he closed 3 Better Business Bureau complaints by claiming that said contractor was his own business and had his own insurance. He completely ignores all emails.
