Horrible to work there/Patients pls look elsewhere
Had to call and beg for hours. Started off as high pay only to be told that this wasn't approved by the owner then my pay got cut after being employed for 3 wks and already quitting my other FT job for this one. Had to argue with the ownerr on my first ck to give me the pay rate promised before going to my new lower rate. Kept being told that FT work was coming my way, everyday was told it was "tomorrow" for three weeks. Owner is rude and accent very hard to understand. Big language barrier and he gets offended when you answer his questions only to have him think you are arguing with him because you misunderstood him. They do not have any RN's willing to do new cases so good luck finding FT work. Everyone either quits or is getting fired. My patients were very unhappy as they have 1 person working the phones and doing everything else so my patients concerns about supplies, insurance questions, coverage, etc got put on the back burner. Myself and patients were calling the office up to 5 times a day to ensure pt was going to have coverage next day only to be told they were working on it. They never called back. You just felt like a nag calling in so often. Stay away!
