Received a gift card for massage & facial. They could never seem to book the two services together during evening or weekend as I work full-time M-F. Booked massage once and they canceled because of medical emergency. Year later received massage which was fine. Booked facial for a Saturday 2 weeks later. They message you continously about your appointment. I arrive on time to be told technician is having issues and will be late. Not sure how late though. Supposedly just found this out. My appointment would be shortened based on other appointments. Apparently my appointment was not a priority. They did offer another discounted facial. Not sure why they think that putting myself through the inconvenience would be a relaxing experience. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
