Excellent service from a friendly team!
There are several pediatric dentists between our home in Huntington Beach and Healthy Smiles in Garden Grove. To save on the drive time, I once made the mistake of trying someone near me. Never again! At Healthy Smiles our appointments are made be helpful staff. At arrival, we are pleasantly greeted. The dental assistants are great with kids and get the x-rays and cleaning done quickly and efficiently. I have loved the professional and personal care we have received from each and every dentist. I have been bringing my boys since the youngest was six months old. He is now nine. Healthy Smiles is the dental group for my children!

Amazing Dr. and dental assistant
I took my youngest in for the first time and was told my appointment was at 2pm but to arrive at 1:30 which is understandable because of paper work when getting there to check in the girl at the front desk gave me attitude because I didn’t have my income verification I explained to her that i wasn’t told to bring that i was only told to bring insurance, address verification and my ID. I went ahead and filled out the paperwork and waited to be called, at 2:35 I was still waiting to be called and my son was getting fussy (he’s only one) so I decided to go ask the girl that’s checking you in if my son would be getting called in soon and she then told me my son had to wait because his appointment was for 3pm I told her that his appointment was at 2 pm that’s why they had told me to come in at 1:30 she was very rude and just kept saying “ He’s a 3pm we will call him when it’s his turn we have other patients before him to help” to me that was very unprofessional! They really need to work on the front desk because that is the face of the business other than the front desk girl being really rude and unprofessional the Dr. and his assistant were amazing they were very nice and attentive they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood and was informed about the procedure. I deffenently will go back only because of the Dr. and the assistant but the front desk girl really needs to be more kind and not so rude.

Nice building
I took my oldest for new patient appt and should have been told he needed to see an adult before they confirmed my appointment. It was a waste of time. Dr was great. Front desk staff needs to be more friendly and courteous. Taking my 11yr old next month, hope they can help him. No screaming patients and parents seemed happy with the service.

High quality and extremely professional and also kid friendly
My son described his experience as super fun! I would have expected him to cry the whole time and panic. But both the dentist and assistant were very friendly and patient. My son stayed calm during his whole appointment and at the end was very happy.
