So polite and professional.
The front desk woman called my provider to change information (because my provider card had a location that had been recently fused into their location) herself instead of me doing it, which I have done multiple times at other doctors which it’s somewhat complicated. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and informative to my daughter and I. I couldn’t ask for a better dental staff!

Very Professional and friendly
I was very nervous going in but the whole process was easy. The xrays were quick, the cleaning was fast and the Dr. was very friendly as were the staff! They verified my insurance and gave me a treatment plan and that was it! Happy I finally found a dentist I can trust! :)

I had my appointment at 10 in the morning and was seen till 11:30. My daughter had her xrays done and the dentist came in the room 15 minutes later, which at that she left the room to attend to another patient, leaving me waiting once more. By 12:20 I decided to leave the office, I was not going to wait another hour. It’s pointless to set appointments if you will be seen when they can, very unprofessional. You can be sure I will not return again.

BEWARE THEY ARE BUTCHERS!!!!
This was one of the biggest mistakes of my adult life!!!!! Don't ever think for one second that these butchers in training will do an adequate job much less a good job in your mouth! Not only the work that was performed on me the absolute worst dental care (if you can call it that) the most painful, messy and unprofessional procedures that I have ever experienced in my life. The reason they make you sign payment consent and pay upfront before they preform any work is because once they start on you, you are locked in financially and are forced to hope they will straighten out your dental problems, but they just continue to make it worse until it gets so bad you are forced to seek good dentistry elsewhere. I even thought that using my Discover card would protect me financially, but no. They take so long to complete the work that your charge transactions are too old to dispute! I was left with two stubs in front of my mouth after six months of their completely shotty attempts to figure out how to fix what they messed up! In May they butchered my front teeth out, it took seven weeks, and four temporary bridges the get a permanent bridge for me . The permanent lasted four months before breaking on a boneless chicken wing. After heated back and forth they committed to replacing it for free. When the last of three temporary bridges broke while eating a biscuit less than four hours after they put it in on Tuesday, they closed on Wednesday because the lady that answered the phone said " everybody needs a day off". I went immediately to another dentist, paid for another temporary bridge and realized as soon as they started working on me what good dentistry was all about! By the way, I paid when they completed the work. BEWARE!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE WORSE THAN GOING TO A DENTAL COLLEGE!!! At least there somebody is holding them accountable. This is what I got for $3400 and 7 months of my life!

First of all, I don't like to go to the dentist. In the past I have had some bad dental work done. Dr. P. put me completely at ease. I did not like going to another Dr. to have two root canals done but they were very nice also. The staff has been very nice to me when I go in and I don't have to wait very long at all. I still have some more dental work that needs to be done and I will not hesitate to go back to Hometown Dental. Good job.

Didn’t even looks at my X-Ray
I went in back in February for a checkup and x-rays also complaining of jaw pain. They told me to just buy a nightguard since it was probably TMJ. By June the pain had gotten so bad I went to another consultant somewhere else and turns out I have a tumor in my jaw. I went back to Hometwon dental and asked to see the X-rays back in February and the tumor is clearly shown as if they didn’t even check my X-ray. If I didn’t get a second consultant somewhere else I would’ve been screwed

Professional and Friendly
Called HomeTown Dental because My Husband had an abscess Tooth and Hadn't seen a Dentist in a few years, They had Us come right in. There wasn't a long wait which meant didn't have a crowded waiting room and the staff were very friendly, efficient when We went to make return appt. We would be given a Detailed Plan of the Dental work My Husband needed after they checked Our insurance So they could put together a plan for My Husband's needs. Very Much The " HomeTown" Their name implies.
