I thought we were doing good in September when I first came in, and then was back in a couple of weeks. I do believe i paid the entire bill up front, and understood, i would be through in 4 to 5 weeks. I was not called in october for and appointment at all. Two months later i have an appointment Monday 11/10/14 10:00am

The patient was in on Nov 10 and we apologized for the delay and explained that the delay was due to a death in the family of our lab technician, thereby causing delays. He said that he fully understood. We appreciate his understanding and patience.
