Not professional at all
I called this company to fix my Ac and they work is not convenient.Besides the fact that they charged me for fast service they lied about the service that they did.They were not able to find the fact that there was a huge leak in the Ac unit.I end up paying $380 for nothing.I had to call another company to come a fix it and change the hole unit.This company is a waste of time and money.Very disappointed.

Outstanding Products and Service
Our experience with Jim Watts Heating and Cooling actually began several years ago when we called Bob after Consumers was unable to assist in keeping our furnace from 1954 running. Bob successfully kept it functioning until a few years down the road it heaved it's last sigh. We spoke with him about Luxaire products and he offered the options suitable for the size of our house and needs. The process was literally pressure free - simply informative. We did look elsewhere at another company/brand, but once we explored , going with Luxaire and Jim Watts Heating was really a no-brainer. We opted for central air as well and both furnace and AC were quickly and neatly installed. Bob and Tom were respectful of our critters - always being sure doors were secured, etc. The units have been exemplary. The gas bill decreased amazingly, and I was thrilled to find that adding the Luxaire AC didn't spike my DTE bill as I'd feared. The service (have system checked, fmega filter installed, units checked over at change of seasons, etc) has been great and cost effective. We did opt for addition of a couple options for air purification added to the furnace. Optional, but great additions. All in all, couldn't find anything which might be improved on either product or service. Reliability and quality on both fronts.
