Delivery of Material Outstanding
Found the interactive session detailed and enjoyed the session very much. The group took away valuable insight and enjoyed the knowledge that John Shared. He was able to flow with the workshop and answer questions and provide information in an non-script fashion and he ability to provide candid data was excellent. Would recommend attending - Definitely!

Professional mediator and investigator
As a management side labour and employment lawyer, I need people that I can refer employers to in order to conduct workplace investigations or resolve high conflict situations between employees. I have used John in a number of these types of cases, always with good results. The clients consistently report that John has dealt with the cases in a professional, thorough, sensitive and practical way. I can recommend John without hesitation.

Thank you Alan. You have a great sense of when not to simply apply the legal hammer and recommend some of the alternative approaches I use for dealing with conflict. Everyone is better served by your good judgment in these matters.
