Lie after lie!
Everything in the response is a blatant lie don't believe anything that they're saying! They have not service me for years! I understand now why my landlord did not use them for my brand new AC install at my warehouse! They used a different company because of the absorbent fees they never explain or tell you about up front. The owner is obnoxious and arrogant

LIARS!!!
BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! OWNER IS A DECEPTIVE SNAKE! Never told me about hidden costs until I got the bill and when I called to address it, she talked over me and was extremely rude. I believe there was nothing wrong with my unit either and was fraudulently duped into paying for something that didn't need fixing. SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE AND STRESS! HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

Jarrett, it is unfortunate that after all these years servicing your space, you feel this way. I understand that having to pay for services is an inconvenience this day. But, unfortunately I can provide you with service and not get pay. We are always prompt to schedule services and were even flexible with your payments. I guess our loyalty and prompt service was not appreciated. You are upset because your landlord does not feel any responsibility to this bill because you lock maintenance, which is your responsibility as a commercial tenant. Last Preventative Maintenance performed was March 2, 2016. There is no certainty whether this could have been avoid it if regular schedule Preventative Maintenance would have been done, but it tells a truth regarding Preventative Maintenance; it is very important to any A/C equipment since A/C run 24/7 in Florida.

John's AC is wonderful. Professional, caring, excellent prices. As the manager of a company they were recommended to me, they were hired and handled maintenance and repair on several units. The company also had them install new units on our building and a rental building. They did such a good job I used them to install a new unit and they maintained our unit and my Mother's. I would recommend them for any ac needs. I still have them as our AC company.

Professional, neat & friendly service.
I was faced with an emergency A/C problem with my home in Florida while I was in my home in NY. Friends were staying at my Florida home & the A/C was out. I looked up companies on a website from HGTV-Home Advisor, and found John's A/C. I read all the reviews and contacted them. They sent out a serviceman to evaluate the problem on a Sunday & notified me what the problem was & what options I could take to remedy the situation. I decided to replace the unit since it was the original to the house & arranged via the phone for the work to be done the next day. They accepted my credit card for payment which made it easier for me since I would have had to inconvenience my friends to cover the expense until I could send them a check. My friends were very impressed with the work done, and called me later the same day to advise me of the excellent contractor I found.

Excellent service, very professional, knowledgeable and punctual.
The Technician not only answered all my questions but explained in detailed the options that I had before fixing the problem. I truly trust John's AC for any repairs on my AC Unit. Not only the Technician are nice, but the office staff are friendly, always polite, and efficient!

High quality and friendly.
John's A/C has been servicing our A/C units for more than 7 years. They not only do regular maintenance on all our units but they have replaced units as well as repair them. I trust their knowledge and reliability. Their pricing is very fair and their service unparalleled. I also trust them with my personal A/C-heating unit. Great team!!!
