As a previous 10 year multi vehicle customer of Alice and Bob, neither of them stand behind their work and if anything goes wrong, they insist that it is the owners fault. I’ve had several instances where they have accused me of lying over a question that I never even asked ( I was inquiring about tire balancing and they returned a call stating that they do not warranty their alignments). I’ve received my vehicle back damaged and missing parts and was told that the items were missing/damaged when the vehicle was taken in . When inquiring for a quote on tires, Alice becomes extremely flustered and is unable to comprehend the question being asked and instead insists on answering one question at a time, In between phone calls (generally 24-48 hours in between). This is frustrating because these are seemingly simple questions like how much is it to mount and balance and how much is an alignment, which I would think are common practices across the business but according to Bob and Alice they charge different people, different prices for the same work (verbatim! I have a recording of the call!) . I spoke directly with bob who accused me of only wanting free and cheap work when in fact, I was inquiring about the warranty on their work and to potentially buy tires, to which bob replied that I did not understand how tires work, that he is NOT as cheap as the dealership and that they do NOT warranty any kind of work including balancing and any alignment that they do (which again, bob kept referring to when I NEVER even inquired about alignment, only balancing) , or general mechanic work. At the end of the conversion (which I was extremely polite during, I might add ,apologizing profusely and frequently for whatever misunderstanding as they continually cut me off and insisted that I was a liar) Bob informed me that he no longer wants my business in addition to several other illicit things that I would rather not repeat. I initially called asking for a tire quote and inquiring about a warranty on tire balancing and it ballooned to This over a 72 hour period. It took Alice 2 days to even get me a quote on tires, to which she said it would be another day or two before she could get me a quote on mounting and balancing the tire. I would highly recommend avoiding this discriminatory business as they do not stand behind their work, will lie to you and instead call you a liar for their own lower than average work standards and higher than the dealership prices (Their quote, not mine) in addition to the slow turn around, lack of general vehicle knowledge and overall extremely poor customer service, Bob and Alice have openly stated that they will charge you differently depending on who you are and where your from and if they like you or not even if all the variables on the vehicle are the exactly the same. I’m sad to see the state of this business because it’s people like “just call bob” that take advantage of people and assume that they just simply don’t know any better. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF DURING THIS PANDEMIC!!!

He doesn't know how to treat customers
Have my fuel pump done here. It took 2 days because he needed to replace a wire harness. When m wife went to pick the car up, the bill was $100 more than quoted. I on the phone and politely asked if he could work with me on the price which he did. The next day car mysterious had a new issue and I called him. He refused to work on my car again because I "cheated him out of his profit"!! Even though he got $600 for a fuel pump. UPDATE:car is at a different shop getting a fuel pump AGAIN because BOB'S refused to work on it saying that the fuel pump was fine! I'll being you the bill when it's done Bob!
