Where is Will & Jessie
New management is horrible, they do not call you back, national lightnet, noanet and comspan I have received emails from so many different domains. Will Nelson would always take care of us immediately, Jessie would keep us informed of the progress. I understand a change of guard is without issues but, come on people I have a business to run

Obi-Wan Will is amazing
It took awhile to write this delayed review. Will Nelson and his team is amazing. They took really good care of me. Since we are a non-profit, Kanobe donated 20 hours of IT Consulting at no charge, worked with our current IT Consultant (Kanobe's Competitor) to make adjustments to his approach. Instead of trying to take the business and trash talk the competition, Will to the higher road and simply suggested a few changes. Thank you Will.

Pay now or Pay alot later
We signed up with Kanobe back in 2008. We left our previous IT company who was doing all this work and billing us a ton. When we first met with Kanobe, they seemed very pricy. They did not want to take our existing infrastructure and upgrade it. They wanted to completely replace it. We have 7 sites located in various states with 2048 employees. Well Kanobe finally convinced us to continue using our existing system and let them setup a brand new system in parallel. We looked at the cost based on the proposal and did not like that idea at all. Kanobe said they could continue to support our legacy system but was concerned that over the next several years, they would battle through several break-fix scenarios. We opted to allow them to move forward with the parallel system. It took about 12 months to plan, procure, configure, deploy, then migrate us over. As we look back at the decision, we are quite pleased. We call Kanobe maybe once a month as everything else is just handled. The new helpdesk in Spokane WA is excellent. These guys are always very helpful.

Kanobe is great!
I have been a client of Kanobe for four years now. When I was just a one-man business, they worked with me, treated me as a valued customer, and helped me expand through my growth. The ownership is highly accessible, the staff is great, and the technical support is outstanding. You just can't go wrong with Kanobe as your partner.

My tech headaches are gone!!
I used Vonage for a while and was never truly satisfied, then I found Kanobe where I signed up for VoIP and web services. I have been a customer for many years and am completely satisfied with them! If I have any issues...they are quick to resolve them and are very knowledgeable in their field. I'm very impressed with their excellent customer service and the pricing works great for me as well. I highly recommend Kanobe!! So glad I signed up!!
