smooth and fast.
Whole process is smooth and fast. Technician is professional and friendly. Receptionist is very nice and welcoming, she is also accurate on booking and giving advice on a specific dental servicing.

Horrible experience with this clinic!
Dear fellow parents, I sincerely hope you get the chance to read my comments here. We had a horrible experience with this clinic!!! if you love your kids and considering this clinic, please read what happened to us before you decide to bring your kids over! We took our son to Kids Dental Group in Richmond Hill in Feb. 2016, Initially everything looked fine. The clinic was clean, the staff was smiling to us. There were screens on the ceiling in the operation room, i was sure my son would be distracted and even love to lay on the chair. and then my son was told to drink a liquid medication to help him calm down so later procedure can be easier. not long after he took the medication, he was asked to the room for the procedure (cavity fixing). he was still quite awake and alert that time. they put him on the chair, and then, to my surprise, used a band/blanket to wrap and fix my son's arms and legs. and then, they quickly start the procedure. my son was crying and struggling, and the dr. only said "oh that's ok" but without any hesitation to try to make it easy for my son. and during the procedure, the dr. and the nurse was chatting about some last night party, as if the patient is simply some inorganic item in front of them. finally my son was asleep under the medication, and after the procedure, he was still sleeping. The Dr. asked me to carry him out and told me this is normal, and i should try to wake him up. outside, in the waiting room, i tried, yes, he woke up, but with SERIOUS vomiting and stomach discomfort. he was crying so hard because of it. and the nurse was not doing much at all, simply telling me this is normal. I then took him home. he vomited again on the car and after arrived home. after a couple of hours, it's like he had vomited out all he had in his stomach. then he fell asleep. i was relieved, thought finally the terrible experience is over. I was WRONG. my son was sleeping, and sleeping, and sleeping...my husband and I started to realize something went seriously wrong, we tried to wake him up, but couldn't. We were so scarred!!! My son was out of conscious for another couple of hours. During which, every second feels like an hour, and i blamed myself millions of times that why i brought my son to this clinic. Finally, Thanks GOD, he woke up. After that, we changed to another clinic. same procedure (my son so far did 8 cavity filling, one in this Kids Dental, yes, this clinic, the others all in the other clinic i'm about to describe here), no band/blanket for grabbing kids hands and legs, no struggling, no non-professional chatting during procedure, no sleeping, no crying, everything goes smoothly EVERY VISIT. I was extremely angry with this clinic, and was planning to write a long review, but then things came up and i was always busy, but yesterday a friend was talking about bring their daughter to the clinic, all the sudden, the painful memory came back, and before i knew my eyes were filled with tears. i didn't realize how hard this experience was to me until last night. and at that moment i told myself, first thing in the next morning i'll write a review, and hopefully someone can see it and give it a 2nd thought before they make their decision choosing this clinic for their kids. Every time we drove on highway 7 passing this clinic, my son pointed to it saying "oh, that's the clinic make me vomiting and hurt".

We were so scarred!!! Dr. there checked him and put him on close monitoring for another couple of hours. During this time, every second feels like an hour, and i blamed myself millions of times that why i brought my son to this clinic. Finally, Thanks GOD, he woke up, and Dr. told me i should write down the name of the fluid my son took to avoid using it in the future. So I'll be writing a review in Chinese shortly. i sincerely hope what happened to us won't happen to other kids. Every time we drove on highway 7 passing this clinic, my son pointed to it saying "oh, that's the clinic make me vomiting and hurt".
