Your company was very helpful and efficient when it comes to professionalism. I appreciate the fact that the technician was there when they said that they would be there. The original quote was slightly high for what I was expecting to pay for the services rendered, but the quote on paper was extremely altered from the original price. I did not attend the session in person for quoting , so that was a downfall on my part . It could have been miss communication. The only issue I have is the fact that the company did not let me know that there was an initial fee for estimates. It was not a problem, but in the future, please mention this in order for preparation of payment. I will be mailing your fee on Tuesday morning. Thank you for your assistance.
