Sucking money from a man in a coma
Charging storage fees daily while the owner lies in critical condition in the hospital. Asked them to fax the bill to the insurance company. It has been over a week and the insurance company says no fax. Come to find out the insurance company told them to put the claim number at the top of the page and they stated it is already on the page in another space but NOT the top of the page. Asked them to send the invoice to them via email. After plenty of time I checked and no email. Called them back and asked it they put the claim number in the subject line as instructed. NO we can't put anything in the subject line. Asked them to send me the bill and I could forward it to the insurance company, NO we can't send the bill to you it has to go to the insurance company. I stated I would be the one paying it why can't I get a copy of the bill. NO you can't. Meanwhile I was told they snail mailed the invoice to the insurance company after over a week of this. At $40 dollars a day they are bleeding a patient in a coma to make money. What a crock.

Slow service, unprofessional, untrained
I was visiting Midland for the day and had gotten a flat tire. I decided to use my AAA service and Kraeger Towing was sent to change my tire. When the driver Kenzie arrived, she was very unprofessional stating that I could have changed the tire myself and that anyone can do it-"Oh honey, it's not that hard." Apparently it was that hard, because Kenzie took over half an hour to change my tire and even had to call her boss for a special tool to get the tire off that she had not had in her truck. Furthermore, Kenzie told me she had been working for Kraeger Towing for only about a month, which made me believe she did not know what she was doing and that I had been sent a person still training. On top of that, she had unprofessional, sarcastic comments to make about everything I had asked and said. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because Kenzie's boss was flexible enough to come out and make sure my tire was changed and changed properly-he had to get the tire off and put it on because Kenzie was incapable of doing it. Kenzie's boss even educated me a bit about the spare time and what I should do next regarding my flat. However, after he left Kenzie was commenting on things he had said and contradicting her boss and rolling her eyes about things he had said. This left a sour taste in my mouth as I was leaving, but I am very appreciative of Kenzie's boss for taking the time to help.

Everyone is great, but it’s drivers like Bryan & Joe, that go over & beyond to meet customers expectations! These guys are bomb.com, like seriously. No one likes car trouble but when kind-hearted professionals are there to help, how could you not high them?! Very sweet overnight receptionist as well.

the driver drove his huge semi tow truck though the drive through. was very rude to the employees when he was asked to come inside next time.

We blew a back tire headed north on 75- 5 adults, my son, and a basset hound. Jerry showed up to help, and when we couldn't get the spare loose, he made 2 trips to get everyone somewhere- 3 of us to wait, and 3 of us plus the dog to get the tire repaired. He was super personable, efficient, friendly and knew exactly where to get us help. He made a crappy experience almost fun! Thanks Jerry from the Bay City area!! Oh- and it was nowhere NEAR as expensive as I thought it would be! Awesome place.

Profesional to say the very least.
I was in a accident and the officer was gonna call some one else but I told them I had already called kreagers and they were coming. they arrived right away and hauled my car to there office. They were wonderful took great care of me and my car from the driver to the office staff.

The owner's brother was very rude and start argue with me before he even hear my story. He was very unprofessional. I found the encounter with him was very disrespectful and unpleasant. I felt uncomfortable and like he tried to be little me. The situation could have been avoided if he would have just stayed in his business. The nice lady at the front desk was very capable of answering my question.
