Overprice service
Had a bathtub drain problem, just cutting the sheetrock behind the tub will cost you $190 and when they quote me the price for connecting the pipe drain i just told them to leave it...very expensive. Their service is overprice. Stay away from this company!

Terrible Customer Service
We were very disappointed in the quality of customer service provided by the OWNER of this company. The owner came to our home on a Wednesday to address a leaking bath faucet. He quoted one price and then IMMEDIATELY offered a $100 discount when we questioned the amount. (IMMEDIATELY....did he over charge us from the beginning?) He took the faucet apart and stopped the leak. However, he did not have the replacement piece on hand and said he would return on Friday to finish the job. After several phone calls on Friday and Saturday he finally sent another plumber out on SUNDAY to finish the job. The new plumber said there would be an additional charge for the replacement part. We questioned this charge as we made payment on Wednesday and assumed it was in full. The plumber then phoned the owner who told him to leave our house and fire us as customers! How unprofessional is that! He was three days late in completing the work, charged us more than he originally quoted and then threatened to FIRE us as customers. As if we would EVER use this company again. Questionable pricing practices, poor customer service and unprofessional leadership. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Honest, Fast, Professional Service Company
I have used Lifeline Plumbing several times. My service experience has been honest, fast, and professional every time. They are always honest and lay it all out for you to decide. They make every effort to schedule me in the same day, and they proceed with the repairs quickly. I never feel uncomfortable having any of their repair professionals in my house. I have tried other service companies and have not been satisfied. Our sump pump was not working this visit and our basement had taken in water. I also needed a spigot repaired. They were able to get me in, and Sam D'Amato even arrived earlier than the time I was given. He laid out all my sump pump options and suggested a few that would work for us. He was helpful in narrowing down the decision with detailed explanations of each system. He worked very quickly on both projects. There were some additional issues that came up and he was very helpful. I appreciated the honest answers and sound advice. I will continue to use Lifeline Plumbing.

Caring, Reliable, Affordable Service - Even on the 4th of July!
We discovered that our 21 year old hot water heater went out when we woke up Sunday July 2nd and had no hot water to shower. The hot water heater is in the attic over my garage and master bedroom and, after checking, it was also leaking and filling the overflow pan. My husband was leaving town for the week, 4th of July was only 2 days away and I had no idea which plumbing company to call. The last plumber I used put my faucet in backwards and it began leaking under the sink the same day he left so I was NOT going to call them. Looking online I found Lifeline Plumbing and saw many excellent reviews. Even though it was Sunday morning, I called and left a message. I received a call back a short while later and Jake walked me through turning off the hot water on the water heater so we wouldn't have a bigger problem from it leaking. He came out the next day, July 3rd, and as expected, it needed to be replaced. We discussed options and prices and he returned the next day (4th of July!), as promised and completed the installation in much less time than expected. The work was done well, quickly, over a holiday, for a fair price. Just as valuable was Jake's help in making sure we did not continue to have a leaking water heater that could have surely come down though the ceiling, making a much bigger and more costly repair. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs and heartily recommend Lifeline Plumbing!

What a joke
The way this company runs disgusts me in many ways not only for the way you treat you're workers but for the way you act in people's homes all these 5 star reviews are from the people that can put up with the fowl people they let into their homes cursing improper treatment of property and secrets Hidden behind lies ..I hope this company gets shut down if you're reading this call a different place these people are horrible.

My Go-To Plumbers
Hot water heater went out and after calling around I got my best price and fastest service from Lifeline, The did a great job and it was fast too. Second time I've used them, they are my go-to Plumbers

High quality service, professional and friendly.
Lifeline Plumbing did a great job. We just bought a very old house to fix up for our mother. First thing we needed was hot water. The current hot water heater was over 11-years old, with leaks and hazardous ventilation. We called Lifeline Plumbing for help. They were on the spot with everything we needed to replace the very old plumping, hot water heater and ventilation. The job was challenging with not much room to work with and retrofitting very old plumbing. They were professional, quick and clean. Thank you Lifeline Plumbing!!

Saved the day the night before our house inspection.
Turned on our sprinkler system the afternoon before our house inspection was scheduled to be done only to find out our valves were cracked (our fault) and spraying water everywhere. Lifeline came out that night and replaced the parts resulting in the sprinkler system passing the inspection without any issues. Lifeline stepped up and saved the day.
