My appointment was at 12:30; dental hygienist didn't come get me till 12:55. She did apologize though. I was there for a teeth cleaning and exam, which was fine. Only other thing that bothered me was it was obvious I was the last patient as the staff was cleaning a putting things away around me and about half the lights in the room were turned off while she was still cleaning my teeth. I hope the cleaning and exam were not cut short because they were trying to close while I was still in chair! When I made my next appointment, the office manager suggested to me that I make my appointment @ 9am or 1pm to avoid a wait. I had not said anything to anyone that I was upset about the tardiness of my appointment.

Thanks for your response, Teresa. I do apologize that we ran behind on Saturday. We were open for four hours and Dr. Becker had a very busy schedule. Since Dr. Zeitler passed away, Dr. Becker, who has cancer, took over his Saturday to keep things "running" in our office. Dr. Becker's speed is a little slower, due to his health issues, but he always tries his best to stay on time-- as does the rest of the staff. Abby, your hygienist, did spend 50 minutes with you on Saturday. Most hygiene appointments for a regular recare can range anywhere from 30-45 minutes, depending on radiographs, and other factors. We wouldn't ever "cut your appointment short" just because our operating hours ended at 1:00 pm. Our patients always come first, always have, and always will. That's been Dr. Becker's motto since he started the practice in 1998. Never in the history of Lighthouse Dental have we ever rescheduled a patient or "cut their appointment short" because we ran behind or our operating hours end at a certain time, on a certain day. Both Abby and Dr. Becker are fantastic at what they do, I can assure you that. They're both very thorough, very knowledgeable, and both care very much about their patients. They care about you, Teresa, as we all do! Katie, the assistant manager, as a courtesy, wanted to let you know when the best appointment times are so you could avoid any possible wait time that there may be in the future. We understand you didn't comment about our office running behind, but the office was aware that we did run behind. We wanted to acknowledge that so you knew we were aware. Helped pain
I had pain in back of my mouth. They took me in rt away and turned out my back tooth broke and was rubing my young. The day I was on my appt the pulled it. Feel so much better. They helped me out so much. I would recommend them for sure. Thanks guys. They r so friendly too

Abigail knows customer service
My hygienist was polite and professional. She offered a solution of a pressure sensored toothbrush by asking me questions about my brushing habits. The Phillips Sonicare and the Oral B each have a $20 rebate. I bought it through my dentist and used my FSA. I highly recommend the flouride treatment as the one time I didn't get it, I returned with cavities. Dr. Bruce Becker is experienced, professional and personable.

Friendly, Personable and efficient
I went in with a toothache and left 15 minutes later with a prescription for antibiotics and a referral to an oral surgeon. I was very impressed with the staff and the facilities! I'll be back after the extraction every 6 months they are amazing.

Checkup
Employees were very nice. My 12 yr old had her teeth cleaned and a little other work done. She was then referred to an orthodontist which I very much appreciate
