Acceptable and Friendly service
Overall I was satisfied with my experience with Maaco. The staff was very friendly and informative and the paint job I received looked really good. This was an older vehicle with some rust spots, and although they informed me that my low cost paint job would not remove all of the rust, they did indicate that they would do some basic sanding, which I do not believe was done. I think they simple masked and painted the vehicle. In summary, the paint job itself looks good, but the should have done some basic sanding where the rust was located.

1/28/2014-I had Maaco "urethane" paint my vehicle. When I picked it up I noticed the w/s wipers were out of position and they sent two of their "technicians" to correct the problem. In further inspection< I found trim and other areas that should NOT of been , with varying layers of "over-spray", and had mentioned that to the "w/s wiper pro's". After an extended period of time, I told the w/s "techs", who could NOT get the wipers off to reposition, to leave them alone before they break them, that I (being a Journeyman Mechanic) would correct the problem when I got home. I repositioned the wipers, removed the over-spray, removed masking tape from areas that were forgotten, noticed a "run" on the side of the unit, noticed where the space on each side of the hood meets the fender, was primed but not caught when the finish coat was applied (which I corrected when the weather warmed up enough) . I realize, that for $ 800 bucks, your not going to get a "Skip Foose" quality paint job, but damn, at least they could assume some form of a Professional work standard, The "owner" was aware of the wiper and over-spray, the other problems I took care of. Would I recommend for a Quality paint Job ??? Nah, pay the extra money for an Independent Professional Paint facility.

Quality Work & Efficient
We operate a fleet, and I have had several jobs done here this year. This agent is honest, understands our needs, and communicates to keep things moving on time. (His growl is bigger than the bite;-)). I count on these guys to get the job done, the way I want. My vehicles look great, and it was affordable. Maaco as a corporation, has worked with us to keep cost down, delivered quality work, and I will return again as a result. Thank You!

1st. Let me say that many, many other Montana businesses could stand to copy how Maaco of Billings operates. The quality of workmanship is excellent, 5 stars, they were able to match the color on my 1994 Chevrolet pickup nearly perfectly, the cost was very fair, Zach and rest of the staff are very courteous and professional. I absent mindedly walked out and left my checkbook and was called within minutes. We have a camper we would like them to paint. But, it is too tall for the paint booth. But, Zach referred us to someone else, I trust his (Zach's!) judgement and will contact them for the work.

the truck looks awesome!!!
after getting several estimates from other bodyshops I was convinced I wouldn't be able to afford to paint my truck so I went to maaco in billings there price was about half as much they were very professional I even got a tour of the shop very clean compared to some to some of the others. I bought the supreme paint package and had to pay for some extra prep work because the paint was peeling from the factory final price was 1800.00 about half of the next closest bid. the truck looks awesome!!! and the paint is warranted for 4 years.
