Why sooooo long to get my car back?
I have heard every reason in the book they could come up with. At first it was 5-7 business days turn around. Then it started, we are short staffed so it would be just few more days. Oh we found a spot they didn't paint have tomorrow. Then found a run in the paint have it at the first of the week. We found and issues with the front fascia so they sent a supplement to my insurance company and wanting on them to approve it. now we are in week three of a 5-7 day turn around. Then I saw in an email that the supplement was approved from my insurance company. I called to see how long now. Mr. Jones we ordered the part and should be here in morning. Stop in around 3:30 no part yet but should be in latter today. Call the part was in. Alright then I going to get my car before Thanksgiving. Mr Jones they sent use the wrong part so it will not get done to after Thanksgiving cause we are closed Thursday and Friday. Now it is November 27. more then a Month after I brought them the car. I called this morning first thing to see when my car would be finished. If the can get it painted and dried I should get it later that day. 4:30 I called again. Now the part is painted but will not ready in till tomorrow. I didn't ask when, so I would be disappointed again. I still need to look over the car to see if everything looks good. I am afraid that if I do find something wrong I will not see my car in till after Christmas. Way to long!!!!!! Kick in the backside is I made a car payment on a car I have not seen, touched or drove. No it's not OEM, but it will do
Have a 2007 Honda Pilot that clear coat was breaking down from front to rear spoiler, and have been thinking of trading and knew this paint damage would hurt trade value. Once we agreed to matching color, repairs were done to customer satisfaction but they did loosen some plastic roof railing connections that promptly fell off the week after repairs. Price was reasonable but the repair did take twice as long as promised due to small staff, so always schedule at least 2-3 days longer than promised. had them do second car for repairs and small detail work on front bumper, again car had to go back to refinish first attempt and some areas reworked. All in all, if insurance is paying go to five star body shop, but if on your wallet or trading car soon, this shop will more then do.

Minor dent repair and Paint
Not recommended. Bad quality of workmanship. Took my car back twice and still not good. Ruined paint job on the other side of car with over spray from spraying another car. They did try and buff it out but it still is not right. They were very apologetic but the paint still lookes bad on one side. I guess i should of asked for money back. Going to see if a detailer can get it buffed out to get the over spray out. After three times going back i don't think they can get it right at maaco.

Paint Job
Drove an hour just to get my car painted here because of the great reviews they had. The staff was super friendly and walked me through every part of the painting and paperwork process. Picked out a color and the finished product looked just as good as promised. Would definitely recommend anyone coming here and would be glad to come back.

Friendly and professional
Our 2003 Honda Odyssey runs great but was looking tired. Sarah was great in explaining the different costs and options. The money we spent turned our tired minivan into a near showroom new vehicle in the time promised. MAACO really delivered! Thank you!

Bad experience
$102 Good Year tire on the bill, but the tire they installed is Grand Prix, about 1/2 of the price. No refund!!! Travis is thinking that his customers and the insurance companies are Holly Cows! He will get all the money in! The estimates are prepared the way you can pay. If you can pay more the price of course will be higher. He prepared two different estimates, and I was billed with the highest one. Because he found out that my insurance is ready to pay more. I would not recommend this business at all.
