Painting side skirts.
My experience this time was good. Work was done by estimated time and cost. Quality of work I would say 8.5 due to very small imperfections barely noticeable. I would like to say thanks to the guy that was cleaning one of the cars because he stopped what he was doing and came to help me snap my side skirts on. This probably kept me from scratching them. Little things like that are awesome. Thx.

POOR Customer service,
I dropped my truck and my sons truck off 10 days in advance. I asked SEVERAL times if my trucks would be ready when I returned due to needing them for work. I was assured by Rhiannon Morgan (manager) that because I brought them in so far in advance that they would be done. I was promised I would be called to update me on their progress. They never called and I was told when I called them that they hadn't even started! I spoke to one individual who told me she was the manager, turns out she is just the receptionist it was the managers day off. When I got to talk with the real manager I was told that "there was some extra sanding and body work that had to be done we weren't aware of but we won't charge you". I told her we HAD discussed it and that I WAS being charged $200+, it was on the invoice. She back-pedal very fast. When I did get a call to pick up my trucks (after 15th day) I was told I had to pick them up in 30 mins or they lock the gates. When picking up my trucks I ask to speak to the manager but was told "no, it's her day off". I have more complaints but the bottom line is I will never go back, I regret going to them, I have issues with the job they did, and I would give them a ZERO if I could. They have no interest in customer service, don't care to even try to provide timely service, they hide behind "we cannot guarantee a specific time". If so then why did the manager lie to me and then lead me on?

We apologize for the bad experience this customer may have had at our location. There was a time delay on the two vehicles due to the condition both vehicles were in. The extra charge on this customer's ticket was to do extra prep on 2 panels(hood and roof) of one truck. Our crew went above and beyond doing extra prep on the entire surface of both vehicles at no additional charge to the customer. Again our times are estimated to ensure all vehicles leave our shop meeting the customer's satisfaction. We do apologize for any inconvenience our location may have caused this customer.

Worst Service, Find someone else
Don't even know where to begin. The car was projected to be competed within 5-7 days, 16 days later the vehicle is finally ready (not like it was needed). Parts of the vehicle that were on the car intact when it was dropped off were completely broken off with no explanation. The radio was blaring loud when the car was finally turned over because the car battery was dead, no issues with the battery prior to this "service". The paint job can't even be appreciated because the customer service was horrendous. No type of compensation was even offered. If you can go out of town to get better service, do it. If I could give no star, I would.

We are sorry that this customer felt their experience was a negative one. However, parts that are being removed from a vehicle have a no breakage guarantee especially if the vehicle is older in age. Times given are estimated times to ensure that all vehicles are delivered to meet our customers satisfaction, this vehicle was in the shop for 10 business days and delays were communicated to the customer. Our tickets are always generously discounted as this one was during drop off with many complimentary services added on for the customer. No issues with the battery were expressed as a concern by the customer. Again we apologize if this experience was a negative one for the customer and any inconvenience that the delays caused the customer.

Better than I Thought
I brought my car in there not for anything fancy just to make it look better. The girls up front were always nice and kept in touch the entire time they had my car. They did more than i expected and my car looks fabulous. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Maaco staff. I love my car again !
