I had my car painted at the petersburg location...Ray & his staff are RUDE...my car was half way painted. I could still see my old color underneath. That shows theu didnt sand my car...not Only that i took it back for them to repaint because of the old color showing get it back with the same issue. Im not understanding i spent all this money to get a paint job only to have to spend more money to have it painted elsewhere because they did a horrible job! I will NEVER get a car painted with Maaco again. It makes me feel as if they do it all for money & not to please customers.
Extremely mad C.

The worst place I've ever took my car.
I want to start this by saying I get my truck painted every other year so I know what a decent paint job is supposed to look like. I took my Altima there for a color change. The car was never sanded down so you see red paint under the grey! I never got any of my car decals back! I didn't even get my rear door bolts to the door back along with the plastic that runs along the door. After the 3rd time of complaining they dropped my car off at my house still incomplete! I do not write reviews unless they are really great or really really bad....I beg you please avoid this place.

Good job, great price and a friendly staff. On a scale of 1-5 you get a 4+.

I scratched a borrowed Lexus RX 350 and had to get it fixed quickly. I shopped around and Maaco was the most convenient and cheapest for an out-of-pocket job. I was skeptical at first to let them do the work and nearly went with a more pricey shop. However, I talked with Ray and Bill and they won me over. Ray is like a "teddy-bear" and Bill is just a hard-working dude. They got the pearl white color matched exactly and the finished product was quite good. I had to go back to have them do some minor touch-up in a few areas but their attitude was so congenial and professional that I really didn't mind too much. They seemed genuinely to want to get it right. That was impressive. Bill even checked my tires for me. I tried to tip him lunch money but he refused. How often does that ever happen? Anyway, I was pleased with the outcome. Kudos to guys for good team work!

I was told that it would cost anywhere from $1500-$3000 to replace the bumper on my vehicle. I was then told to call Maaco first, and so I did. The representative simply asked for the Vin number of my vehicle and a little more information so that he could give me an accurate quote. He called me back with music to my ears in regards to pricing!! I followed their lead and I got my car back within a few days looking like nothing ever happened to it. My service was fair and fast. My car looks great. I was totally impressed and recommend that if you are in need of collision repair, you should at least give Maaco a call. Im glad I did. Thanks Maaco!!An
