Very professional service
I had my 1962 Chevy painted at Maaco in Vacaville. I worked with Vince and Bill and they were both very pleasant and helpful to work with. Vince gave me a fair price on the paint job and Bill went out of his way to make sure everything met my expectations. Bill went way over the top to help me and I would not hesitate to have work done there again and I recommend this shop to anyone wanting work done. I also give a shout-out to the employees for there hard work especially the detail department.

Pathetically POOR work and it took WAY too long!!!
I won a "detail and buff job" in a drawing and took my car into Vacaville Maaco very optimistically. The first time I took it there they said I could have the car by the end of the day, but they didn't 't even get to it, that day. Day 2, they had it all day and didn't finish it, as they said they would. Brought it back in the 3rd day and was asked to leave it there that night, so I did. The 4th day I was told it would be finished by 4 pm. It wasn't! Most of the scratches in the topcoat I had originally pointed out, were still there. They took the car back inside and when they brought it back out I was SO fed up with the ordeal I demanded the keys and took the car home "AS IS". The car still had numerous scratches in the clear coat, at least one new "burn-thru" and it appeared to be entirely covered with "overspray" of some type on the driver's side. I'll NEVER go there again and will warn others about the big "SNAFU" they pulled on me...

Poor quality work
I've had two vehicles painted there first one was an atrocious. I got a credit on the second one for the first one the second one the taping was horrible overspray everywhere in the cab which was brand new brand new carpet brand new everything was like somebody went hunting in it. I was told that they sprayed out the cowlings to paint the engine area that's fine but can you clean all the leaves and crap that comes out of the vents it was atrocious. I'm sorry for this rating but two times in a row disappointed I got to find somebody else. If you do go there be very specific and hold them to what they say and check everything out. I also think they damage my truck but I can't prove it because now the drivelines howling.

Yes I would like to leave a very positive review. The GM "Vincent" was more than just helpful but went beyond to make sure I thought of what was really what I wanted as a finished product. My trailer was in need of repairs in the fiberglass on the roof and some other needs I never saw before. I am so pleased with the final product. My trailer matches my GMC Denalli perfectly. Thank you Maaco Vacaville, and Vincent and his professional crew. Robert Little

Poor quality and poorer customer service.
I scheduled and appointment for 9:00AM this morning. Specifically stating that it's for headlight restoration. When I got there an older lady told me that the business does not do headlight restoration on Saturday. I told her I drove from Sacramento (40miles) with a reservation and no one had informed me that there is no headlight restoration for Saturday when I reserved. I was told that the "world doesn't revolved around my headlights". She then blames that corporate does not communicate with the store about reservations. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING A RESERVATION. Fortunately, they were able to find a guy name Carlos to do the job. The work took 10-15 minutes and he came back with my car keys. I was really amazed at how much of big difference it DIDNT made after the job was complete. He even admitted it still needed work and suggested that I come back in a few month. My headlights are in the same condition it was when I got there. What a waste of time, and money. Thank you MAACO. - Xavier

I had a dented and scratched rear bumper on my Prius. Not an insurance claim. I got 3 estimates: One shop wanted $800 to fix it. Another shop wanted $1,100 to replace it. And Maaco fixed it for less than $400. It looks like new and the staff was great.
