The place is poorly managed. Managers refuse to return phone calls and make their front desk staff deliver messages they don't even understand about billing and cancellations. They will keep charging your card months after cancelling and suddenly you cannot get ahold of anyone to work with. Their turnover is such that I only found one good therapist and she left soon after. This place is a joke and they are a bunch of crooks. Would pay double elsewhere before returning to this facility for their poor quality business. Also important to note- I cancelled in May due to a medical reason. They don’t give you a copy of the cancellation paperwork which is required to fill it in the salon and they don’t have a copy machine.

I've been a member since 2013 and have regular sessions once a month. I've had good therapist and some not so good. I'm new to the shoal creek location and and had a session with Amanda and she was GREAT!! I will be scheduling more sessions with her.

I took my sister for a back massage as only one opening on Sat. May 26, 2018 from 12:30-1:00. The young lady at front desk was wonderful and took a picture of us afterwards. My sister is developmentally disabled and lives in a group home. Marni Bliss treated her to a wonderful back massage. She was caring and treated her with extra TLC. My sister loved it - she was visibly relaxed and happy for the rest of the day. Thank you!
