Very deceptive unprofessional service that put elderly & children in danger!
The service provided by “Master Tours” bus charter service of Greensboro, NC was not only very unprofessional, it became a serious health liability for the elderly and children who were on a church trip to Lancaster, PA., 7/31/2017. Our three-day trip began with the intercom system not working, so communication on the 55 passenger bus was a challenge. About 2 hours into the trip, members started getting wet from water dripping from “taped” areas above the windows. It was assumed that somehow the condensation from the ac was the cause and the driver was asked to turn up the ac to hopefully reduce the condensation which worked. Since the areas where the leaking occurred had some type of clear tape, it is obvious that the leaking we experienced was not a first-time event. As the 8+ hour trip continued the ac started to fail and a loud metal to metal noise and sparks was heard from one of the system fans in the rear of the bus. The on and off cooling of the ac together with the irritating noise from the fan prompted our Pastor to text the owner. He was told that the bus was having some serious issues and he needed to call. The only response from the owner (Dwight Pearson) was “okay”. After continued concern about the increasing temperature in the bus, our Pastor called the owner to report the issue. Instead of offering a remedy, the owner stated he told the driver to continue to the destination and then call him for instructions. During this time, the temperature of the bus rose to 90+ degrees at times. We arrived at Lancaster Monday night with some very upset uncomfortable members. Tuesday morning no contact was made by the owner and nothing changed with the condition of the bus ac. After the first two scheduled stops, because of the rising outside heat and non-working ac, and the liability of harm to the senior citizens and children, we were forced to secure another bus company. After discussion with the owner, he never called, we had to contact him, his only remedy was for us to continue to use the bus until Wed. morning. He was informed that unless he provided a bus for the rest of the Tuesday & Wed. trip, we would be getting another company and a full refund was expected. He lied by saying he was not given enough notice per the contract and that he did not know about the issue until Tuesday. The driver, however, confirmed he did know and apologized a number of times for the non-professional service and asked that we do not hold him accountable because he did not work for Master Tours but was an independent driver. The bus we were given was nothing like the bus seen online, we had the same dreadful experience another group had just a little over a month before our trip. Awful inexcusable experience! Raymond S. Professional clean and on time!
We couldn't ask for better service! From time we booked till the time we got off the bus our experience was great. On time and bus was clean and the best priced out of 25 companies. Thanks for the safe and pleasant tip.

Always receive excellent service and never had any problems. Always courteous, on time and professional. Definitely would recommend to a friend or colleague.

Charter to NY
We had the best time the bus was clean and smelled good. Our driver Mr. Vic was awesome he knew Manhattan like the back of his hand. He took us to great eating and shopping areas. I look forward to going with this company next year
