Poor Communication
If I could give no stars I would. I’ve asked to speak with management on 3 separate occasions. Each time I was told he “just left” and was told they would give him the message and have him call me back. I have yet to hear from him. I have been dealing with an issue caused by this company since May 5th. It is now August 10th and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The last installer that came back was extremely smug and condescending. I would still love to be contacted by this company to try and resolve this issue. Their company motto is “Service in hours, not days.” That could not be further from the truth in my experience.

Worse company, zero customer service
worst experience in my life dealing with them. My home warranty assigned them to me. They never called to make an appointment. I called after a week of hearing nothing and they said we have you scheduled today we will be there in an hour. The problem was my unit was freezing over so an hour was not long enough for it to unfreeze so they said we had to reschedule for a week later! I called my warranty company and they said they would be back in two days, not the five I was told. Then they called to reschedule again and said they never told the warranty company they would come sooner. The lady was so rude and very short with me. I told her if you would have called me about the first appointment I would have had the AC unit ready. She said, " Yeah we have an issue with calling to confirm appointments, we are working on it." No apology, no empathy or emotion at all. When I told her it was schedule for the earlier day, she just said "Not gonna happen". Then very condescendingly said, "well if we have 20 cancellations maybe we can get to you sooner". I filed a complaint with my warranty company and got assigned a new company that came the next day. Terrible company with awful customer service!!! Stay away.

Unprofessional with no customer service
This is one of those times that I truly wish I could rate them with a zero if not in the negatives. I HIGHLY recommend that you avoid this company at all cost. I would say they have poor customer service, but you would actually have to be able to get something that resembled service in order to rate it as poor. The fact is they sent someone out that did not have the ability or training to do anything but detect a leak after adding freon to the unit. A nice guy, but unable to perform the job. He detected a leak, on his second visit, not the first, and then stated that he wasn't sure if it could be fixed or had to be replaced. He put in the order and told me to call the office. After the office several times over three working days and leaving multiple messages, I never received any contact at all from Memphis Air (don't) Care. I was told several times that the manager, Georgia, would call me right back and that she was currently busy, but that proved to be lies. I contacted my home warranty company and the lady that assisted me said that she too thought that Georgia was less than helpful and we changed to a different company. After 3 working days, I am not counting the weekend at all, Georgia told her that they are still waiting for another manager to determine if they are going to try to fix it or replace it. How are they going to do that if they don't even look at it? So, after over 2 weeks without A/C because Memphis Air Care is incompetent and lies, I am looking forward to dealing with people that may actually know something about customer service and A/C. If you want service AT ALL, go find a different company.
