Unprofessional with no customer service
This is one of those times that I truly wish I could rate them with a zero if not in the negatives. I HIGHLY recommend that you avoid this company at all cost. I would say they have poor customer service, but you would actually have to be able to get something that resembled service in order to rate it as poor. The fact is they sent someone out that did not have the ability or training to do anything but detect a leak after adding freon to the unit. A nice guy, but unable to perform the job. He detected a leak, on his second visit, not the first, and then stated that he wasn't sure if it could be fixed or had to be replaced. He put in the order and told me to call the office. After the office several times over three working days and leaving multiple messages, I never received any contact at all from Memphis Air (don't) Care. I was told several times that the manager, Georgia, would call me right back and that she was currently busy, but that proved to be lies. I contacted my home warranty company and the lady that assisted me said that she too thought that Georgia was less than helpful and we changed to a different company. After 3 working days, I am not counting the weekend at all, Georgia told her that they are still waiting for another manager to determine if they are going to try to fix it or replace it. How are they going to do that if they don't even look at it? So, after over 2 weeks without A/C because Memphis Air Care is incompetent and lies, I am looking forward to dealing with people that may actually know something about customer service and A/C. If you want service AT ALL, go find a different company.
