Highly Recommended, Professional
My wife and I met with Michael to discuss our landscape project and he listened carefully to our ideas and suggested improved ways to implement the work. A few days later we received a plan and pricing for the job that was very fair. Michael and the crew then arrived and performed the work in a professional manner. My wife and I are thrilled with the results that Micheal William Associates provided and strongly recommend them.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job at new home. He was very responsive to our questions throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend MWA to anyone looking for a quality landscape design and install. From our granite stairs, walkways, lawn, and irrigation system to our beautiful beach grass vista and LED lighting. An A+ job all around.

A pleasure to work with
Mike Kondracki from MIchael William Associates did the landscaping design and installation, lighting and sprinkler system for our new construction in Mattapoisett. He is a real professional and simply a pleasure to work with. While he has his own excellent ideas about how things should lay out and which materials or shrubs to use, he listens carefully to the client . HIs prices are reasonable, his timelines accurate, and he has returned without fail to finish small details on our project. We will continue to use him in future and I highly recommend him to others.

The Michael William Experience
I have worked with Michael Kondracki the President and Owner on contracts from a $40,000.00 residential project to a $ 275,000.00 major commercial renovation. The experience is consistent and professional regardless of the size, complexity or scope. Mike presents a detailed plan and proposal along with drawings for the project. His knowledge of planting, hard scapes, lighting and materials is exceptional. His involvement carries through as the work is being done and is always available. Mike meets schedules and honors warranty. Overall--he is a pleasure to do business with and is always my first call when we have a landscape component to our projects. I'd welcome calls to discuss further my experience with Michael Williams Assoc. Tom Quinlan Owner South Coast Improvement Company 508-748-6545

Excellent landscape architecture from a hands-on professional
The job was a large scale landscape project surrounding our house in a deeply wooded area, intended to heal the scars in the natural terrain created by construction of a legally-mandated above-ground septic system for a private home. The new septic system required 5-foot high retaining walls (using our locally-plentiful boulders), surrounding a 2500 sq ft raised leach field, ending up like an Aztec pyramid interrupted in mid-construction. A similar area at a lower level next to the pyramid had to be cleared so holding tanks and a pumping station could be buried there. Finally, in order to bring in the heavy equipment and yards of fill, an access road was cut through the forest. At the start of the project shredded bark paved all the raw soil. Michael Kondracki of Michael-William submitted a detailed and workable design for both hardscaping and landscaping. Of the several landscaper we invited to submit a design only Kondracki seemed to understand the problem and to also understand our desire to restore, with a light hand, the look and feel of our woodland, using native species. He won the job. He agreed to a multiphase approach (the overall cost estimate was north of 6 figures), and was helpful in dividing the work into two stages. He was awarded the contract for Phase 1, which included all the hardscape (patios on two levels) and the landscaping. Mike's design used restrained changes in elevations combined with well-thought-out plantings to alter the horizons, as viewed on approaching the property from any direction and on any path, so that the pyramid and basin seemed to disappear. Combined with a wonderfully artistic but restrained design for the hardscape, the new landscaping has expanded and opened out our "living space"; the paths and gardens and groves are wonderfully inviting. We are very glad we trusted Mike's judgement in the design. We look forward to working with Mike Kondracki in the future, as we move onto Phase 2.
