Poor customer service - would never recommend
Called 219-513-8508 on January 2, 2019 @ 11:46am. Receptionist answered phone and I politely informed her that I am calling to check on scheduling availability for a first time patient. She provided me with the first availability for one of the psychologists. I then asked for availability for another psychologist. The receptionist then informed me that she is busy and asked what I wanted. I paused in complete shock and then to ensure that I understood what she just said to me, I asked, did you say you are busy? She said, yes I am busy and I have patients in front of me. What do you want. To the Managers at this facility: How can you have this woman representing your facility? This customer service is horrible. This woman chose to work at this facility and is bothered by my questions. I am in shock and utterly disgusted that she spoke to me in this manner. It would be good for your business to either teach her some customer service skills or find an employee that is helpful to customers instead of making patients feel as if they are a bother. I will ensure that my family and friends all know about how I was treated by this person.
