Could not be happier with the professional service I received from Mr. Sparky! Charles took his time to assess the issue and provided me with options. Repair was carefully completed, taking his time to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Ceiling fan was installed and I was asked my preference for type and placement of wall switch. Smoke & carbon monoxide detetecters were also installed, and I am relieved that my home is safe. Clean-up was the best I've seen from any service person I've ever had in my home. I will only use Charles/Mr. Sparky for all future needs!

First and foremost, someone at the company actually answered the phone when we called! The second nice surprise was that a technician was available almost immediately. Their trip charge was not outrageous and was rolled into the price of the job. The technician was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed and answered every question we had until we were satisfied that we were getting the right service for the problem. He worked with us in a constructive way to resolve issues while working with our tight budget. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Sparky again. A genuine pleasure to work with this company.

We were very pleased with your professional work. All the workers were friendly. Sam and I don't remember the other names. You even cleaned up afterwards. We will recommend you to others. Sam put in three yard lights and replaced a kitchen fixture. One of the outside new lights was broken and he came back the next day with another one. WE will use you again.

I couldn't be happier with the work Charles did on the electrical issues in my home. I was wanting to install a replacement bathroom light/fan Charles/Mr Sparky arrived t my house and identified the electrical issues created by the previous owner, the dude has a unsafe hack. Charles came in reviewed the work i requested, gave me 3 options all of which included making my house safe while properly correcting the previous hack job. I selected my options and Charles went to work, he has fast, clean and communicated along the way. When Charles left everything worked properly and he was so clean my wife couldn't tell anyone was even here. Charles was awesome, I highly recommend him to anyone who's asking. I was in a crunch, I realized that my smoke detectors were not functioning on Friday night and had a home inspection scheduled for the next day at 1pm. They fit me in Saturday morning and completed the job before the inspector came. The electrical passed with flying colors. He was very courteous, very clean and VERY professional. I would recommend Mister Sparky to anyone.

Charles was very through and put my mind at ease. He explained the condition of all of the equipment that he checked out. When he was done if felt confident in the work and that all was in good working order.
