My technician today, Prescott, really impressed me with his friendly attitude and great smile before he got started treating my yard for mosquitos, where he did a quick job that was both thorough and efficient. He pulled up in my driveway and I just happened to be outside this time. He immediately greeted me and I found myself enjoying a quick chat with him before he got started. I'm not one who normally chats with professionals on the job; I feel too much like I am bothering someone if I make any comments or ask questions that aren't related to what they are doing. But Prescott was just so nice, I found just talking away. Never once did I feel like I was holding him up or anything. Brightened my day, silly as that may sound. But with the service provided and a technician that can bring a smile to my face? I wouldn't use any other company, even if they didn't offer better pricing over the competition.
