I had never called an electrician before so I was a bit nervous. I picked Mr Electric because they had good reviews. I needed someone right away and was pleased that Matt came the next day. I was so pleased with Matt's costumer service. He was very friendly and took the time to explain why the gfi he had replaced didn't work.

Mr. Electric was willing to come out to my home this past Saturday when ALL of my 220 volt appliances AND MY HEAT PUMP went out during the cold and snow! The electrician came within the 30 minutes he promised and found that the problem WAS NOT with my house, but with Delmarva Power and my house was in a "phase down" with the power company. I called Delmarva and was "overjoyed" (sarcasm here) to NOT be able to speak to a human about the problem. The electrician HIMSELF called and by some miracle Delmarva sent a lineman out to put a transformer onto my outdoor electric box do that we had HEAT for the weekend! I thank Mr. Electric for finding the problem! It's going to take Delmarva 5 to 10 business days to rectify the problem with the line, so I'm playing "musical heat and appliances" until they fix it!!

This is the second time I had to use Mr. Electric (different issues), what a wonderful company. Reliable, friendly and affordable. Ask for Brian Griffin - he was professional, explained everything to me in words I would understand and had a great sense of humor. He took his time fixing the problems.

When my 92 year old mother lost power in her house we called Mr Electric. The office called us back to schedule an appointment and when they found out the conditions ( no AC during a heat wave ) they immediately bumped up the appt. Marban was on time and took the time to explain things completely and even helped me detangle an extension cord and plug it in so Mom's power chair would work (his idea). We needed Delmarva to come and he gave me the number to call. He swutched out a bad breaker and was ready to leave when Delmarva truck pulled up. He took extra time to talk to electric company before leaving so that they knew what was needed. He even called later to verify we had full power. I work in customer service and was very impressed with his professionalism, compassion for the elderly and taking the time to go the extra mile. I work at the Home Depot and when people ask me about Mr Electric now I will have nothing but praise! THANK YOU MARBAN!
