I recently had a panel upgrade in my home. They sent an electrician who mostly works in MA to upgrade my panel in VA. The panel initially failed inspection because of one minor part that is required in VA but not MA. When this happened there was an Electrician there during the inspection who fixed the panel within 30 minutes. I received a personal phone call from the company's main line and the electrician who did the work apologizing for the error. Although a there was some confusion between coding laws between states, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I will be hiring Mr. Electric again for any future electric work.

On a Saturday afternoon in February, we lost all electricity and therefore, heating. It turned out to be a circuit board problem that was fixed within a couple of hours of our call. Fast, reliable service from very courteous and knowledgeable technicians. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric to others.

I will give Mr. Electric's electrician that came to me home on November 28th. His name is Brian Griffin, if I ever need an electrician, I hope he is still with Mr. Electric and comes to my home. I needed help in getting the metal box that holds the electric meter in place. The power company just did not get it right. It took this electrician to tell the power company's employees how to fix this problem. He waited until the power company arrived, he made at least 6 calls to the power company to finally get them to come to my home. I needed a ceiling fan replaced. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done by Matt McGrail!!! Matt pulled up in a shiny, Mr. Electric fleet vehicle, courteously introduced himself, evaluated the work to be done, gave me a reasonable price, and went to work. He took down the old ceiling fan and, with his efficient, professional skills, installed the new fan. He also evaluated an outdoor seismic flood light system and advised me on how best to fix/replace the faulty device. I would recommended Mr. Electric, and Matt McGrail, to anyone needing electrical work done in their home. They are a top-notch firm..

I was very pleased with the work that Mr Electric performed on the install of a new meter box. Because of all the rain we've been having lately the work was delayed a couple times but Mr Electric always kept me informed of the progress and were very accommodating when working around my schedule.
