Outrageously expensive

Charged $99.94 for a GFCI that costs $18.97 at Home Depot. Charged 108.96 for Std. pole 15 amp circuit breaker that is $14.35 at Home Depot. The diagnostic fee was $212.75 The total was $421.65 for what took less than an hour to diagnose, and install $27.00 of parts. Demands payment at time of service. Did not find the underlying problem causing the short, just terminated that electric run to the basement.
