Questionable flat rate policy
No charge to come to your home but $200 to diagnose your problem. Plays.on your ignorance...that's my fault. Unethical business practices...that's on them. Of course would never use them again or recommend to anyone. If you are in Prescott try Cobb or S and M. Hard to build a good reputation when you conduct business this way.

No charge for the service call but $200 to "diagnose". Takes advantage of the ignorant consumer. Would never use again or recommend. One and done.

Questionable flat rate policy
No service call charge..but $200 to diagnose. Takes advantage of people who are stupid and don't know any better. Of course won't get repeat business or referrals...it's a one and done company. The least you could've done is tighten up the switches you checked!
