I have been using them for about four years. They've repaired a heater, replaced lights, and more. I've had multiple good experiences with them which is why I keep using them. They do the work thoroughly. They're very polite and friendly. They get the job done and do what they say they will. The one thing I didn't like is last time they did everything on a tablet, and I had to call three times to get a written itemized receipt. Other than that, they do good work. I highly recommend them.

A car hit the utility pole in front of our house, sending a power surge through our wiring. After the utility company got the power restored, we found that a couple of breakers in our panel had been fried, one of which feeds our pump, meaning we still had no water even though the power was back on. One phone call and the Mr Electric electrician was at our home in about an hour (Sunday evening on a three-day holiday weekend). He replaced the two-pole breaker that feeds the pump and got our water flowing again.

We used Mr. Electric for several different jobs. The work was completed on time and as agreed to. The service techs arrived on time, were clean, professional, courteous and did exactly what they said they would do. Most impressive, they were up front about what they could not do at the high level of expertise they expect from themselves and they had good recommendations for the work they could not do for us. Admittedly we probably paid more than what we could have bargained for with a non-national service, but we’ve owned many houses and what I’ve found with remodel and home repair work is you generally get what you pay for, either up front or in the long run. My experience is that Mr. Electric delivers not only good work, but considering my time and the hassle free experience ends up a value to other options. I'd recommend Mr. Electric to anyone looking for a hassle free experience for home improvement.

My electrician's was named Zan Alford,, he was very helpful and accommodating!! I called and the office girl Kayla was very helpful. I do not know electrical work but with her help by getting in touch with a technician we were able to describe what the issue was. Zan was very detailed about the requirements and exactly what we were getting into. He was very personable...even after we realized this job was more than we had even thought it would be it. I felt no sales pressure at all! It was actually more like talking to a friend. Zan called me later just to check in to make sure everything went well with our problem, even though he knew we were not going to do the work. He was still friendly and just wanted to check in. Because of all the help Mr Electric has given me I will gladly call them in the future as well as recommend them to all of my family and friends.
