TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
: i have had my braces for over 3 years now for what what suppose to be a 18 month plan. GRANTED I missed a lot appointments due to moving out of town and state. TODAY I asked if my overbite would be fixed and DR SURBER got offended and told me to "be grateful because I had a underbite" when I told him that he didn't care if I like my teeth he said "well thats how its gonna be". WHO DOES THIS!? How are you not going to care about my experience in YOUR business? How are you going to leave your client UNSATISFIED with her teeth and not even TRY to come up with a solutions to fix it? I regret the day I went to this office and this DR to get braces. This has been the worst experience. Their schedules are NEVER accommodating. They never know the answers to any questions you have nor try to find out to follow up. They never explain what they're doing, why or how long. It's sad that this business doesn't value the MINIMAL customer service standards.

My daughter has had her braces for 4 months now and I am pleased with the results!

I have had two daughters get braces here And will be bringing my third one also. Great staff all around.
