Rude, unhelpful and dishonest
They'll say one thing and do another. They're refusing to fix an incorrectly done crown I began payments on for my girlfriend which is causing her much pain. Jessica from finance is rude, condescending and ultimately useless. I wish we'd gone to a different location that's actually interested in doing their job correctly.

Professional, efficient, good service
I'm looking for a new dentist. Peak offers a new patient exam for $29. They took a bunch of xrays, gave me a description and estimate for fixing my missing crown, and what I would be needing for another problem tooth. I was impressed with their service and technology. Everyone from the doctor to the accountant was very helpful. .

Discrimination for people with disabilities
One of the dentitss rrefused to see a patient due to her disability. They made no attempt to accomodate, and the dentist did not even speak with her directly, only heard from their secretary that the patient had a disability that would require his job to make minor adjustments and understanding. This is simply illegal behavior and is completely unacceptable. If you are looking for a dentist who is compasdionate, patient, and understanding, this is not the office to go to.

Doctor gives false information
Never coming back to this facility as they take lots of money for false information.

Twon faced and false information
The dentist, desk staff and medical assistants are nice but the blonde who manages finances and insurance is a real piece of work. She claimed my insurance didn't cover anesthesia without even double checking. So I called my insurance and they said they did so I dodged like $600. I then reported the issue to the state and their boss and got a harassing phone call calling my seizure problem "definitely not covered since it's just fear". They also told me I shouldn't have even reported them at all and her tone was outrageous. Are you serious? Is that a threat? I'm getting my surgery done somewhere else with a more manageable wait time. SEPTEMBER? Are you joking?
