Quote for repairs was $1,300 after an $85 diagnostic charge. Thank goodness they could NOT do the repair because Lokey KIA did the job for $321. After years of being a good and loyal customer who even referred friends and family, I feel RIPPED OFF and could never trust them again.

We value each and every relationship we have with our customers, which includes Ms. Martin. Our customers are an extension of our family and would never treat them in a manner being described. We are very saddened to hear her remarks after our long time relationship of excellent and trusted service. The quote given by us as stated by Ms. Martin was for a complete electric steering column, not for the $2 part the dealer replaced for the total repair bill of $321. We were given incorrect information of how the column is serviced (how parts are sold) by the dealer providing us the information. Therefore, we quoted Ms. Martin on the entire replacement instead of just a small repair. Ms. Martin DID give us the OK to proceed on the repairs. Once she gave us the OK it was found the vehicle would need to go to the dealer for an update on the software, therefore, WE recommended her to go to the dealer. If we had the opportunity to take the column apart we would have discovered it is serviceable, would have re-called the dealer and the outcome would have been far lower than her repair bill. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We wish Ms. Martin the best.
