Washer Fluid Top-Up Was Impossible
The desk agent was proud to tell me that customer service is their strong point and that they had topped up my windshield washer fluid, needing about 1 L. I was "surprised" since I had just topped it up before coming. Well, maybe they "added only about 300 mL". Or maybe they added none! I could also buy an additive to stop my oil leak. With 6 months between oil changes and not a drop of oil on my driveway, I still had a full reservoir. Customer Service, questionable!

Called and got a price to change my wife’s oil. Sent her there with the oil and filter. They charged her full price as if she needed oil. Then they didn’t return the unused synthetic oil. Got my money back on the difference but I don’t think it was a mistake and it took two trips. They tried to steal my wife’s money. Don’t recommend unless you like getting ripped off!

Charged me for wiper fluid.
Funny thing that before I went in to get my oil change I filled up my wiper fluid. I also had 3 jugs of wiper fluid on my back seat that I just bought. They said they topped up my fluid which was full and charged me $3.50 for it. They knew it was full. Just think of it charging for wiper fluid when its full and there is 3 jugs of it in the back seat. Next time I will put 3 jugs in the front seat and see if they fill up my wiper fluid that is full.

Disorganized and waiting for over 40 min
First time I came I was told a wait of 40minutes I come back next day to wait for 40 minutes But watch as there a 2 empty bays and they are washing them.... This should be done at the end or beginning of their shift not 3 hours into the day. Kids with no respect or knowledge on service to their customers. Very disappointed this time... I won’t be back!

Excellent service !!
Excellent, fast, professional courteous staff.....they explained or offered service but did not push for anything above what required. Had an extremely slow leak in a tire, they checked thoroughly and finally found the problem and fixed it .... thanks to this awesome team !! My future go to for oil changes !!

Good efficient service
I just moved to Ajax and required a oil change for my Jeep and tire change for my chef Camaro. Did a quick search online and found quick pro which is probably the only one that opens on Sunday. Gave them a call and was advised no appointment is required. Got there and had everything done in 20 mins; very efficient. Before I left, had a quick chat with Peter who gave me a quick overview and advised me that I change oil too often which is not really necessary; no hard sell, good advise, this is place I will go going forward. ---Douglas

I got attended to right away. Staff was friendly, helpful and very courteous and made sure they brought to my attention any decisions that were necessary to my car so it can run efficiently. Thanks Pro Oil, I will highly recommend my friends to you.

I went to a different oil company last time to get my oil changed. I found a long black plastic piece on my passenger floor. I didn't know what it was for so I just put it under my seat and the nice gentlemen at prooil let me know it was my cabin filtre cover and put it back on for me without me asking. I will definetely go back!

My go-to shop
I took my car in to be serviced on a whim as I saw the signs for Pro Oil and my service light had been on for weeks. They took me in right away. Peter and his staff are all very friendly and were extremely thorough. They made sure to include me in all the decisions and took the time to explain the services I was receiving and why they were necessary. There were even instances when he let me know that something doesn't necessarily need to be done until the next time I'm in. As someone who has consistently been ripped off at various shops, I was quite appreciative of this. There was an issue with one of my tires and I was worried when Peter let me know, but he took care of it right away at no charge. He even took the time to wash my car afterwards. These kind gestures go a long way and made me a confirmed return customer.
