Excellent service all around!!
I am so happy I was asked to review ProSource. I consider myself to have great design sense and did not walk in intending to work with a designer. Once the process started, Sue Mailloux became my account manager, and she took on the project and helped with measurements, tile selection, and so on. She did not give up, and insisted my tiler call her so she was sure to give me the correct product. I HIGHLY recommend Sue and ProSource. I've already referred both on to an employee and will be back in the winter to start next project.

Great selection & attitude; spotty communication
The setup and ability to choose all the materials in one place is great - if your contractor works with them regularly. Mine was new to ProSource (they carried the Quartz I wanted and others didn't) and the firm did not communicate clearly/ often with my contractor. I believe the issue is that there is a lead person on each project, and if your lead is out for the day no one covers. The staff is very friendly and well intentioned as well as knowledgeable- so if they can fix this it would be a much better all round experience.
