Great selections but there are issues with store personnel. The Prosource person who ordered the tile messed up the order, which added several days to the job. The most aggravating thing about this is he did not take responsibility for this error, and did not try to do anything to expedite the order. His attitude seemed to be, oh well. I called the store manager several times leaving phone message to call me back to let him know that the order was shorted by 10 boxes of tile! The store manager never called me back. In addition, we used a contractor refered to us by the same Prosource person who didn't order enough tile. The results were absolutely terrible. About half the tiles will need to be replaced, because the tiles are grossly uneven. You could actually trip on some of the edges because of differeces in elevation between adjacent tiles. Our home is tore up, we can't move anything back to the room because the tile is messed up and needs rework. All the other rooms in the house now have overflow furniture etc from the room with the bad tile job. Our living conditions are cramped and very inconvenient. I will say though, although the contractor appears to be a very good person and promises to fix the tile. We will see how it goes. Hopefully our lives/living conditions we become normal again soon. This has been a nightmare.
