Great customer service
Eddie Carrales is the person I deal with, he was prompt with ordering my carpet and everything else in between. He's always nice and professional every time I talk to him. The order went smoothly and I have nothing to complain about. The new showroom is very beautiful and they are very nice about allowing samples to be checked out. It's unfortunate that some other people had a bad experience, but I have always been very happy with Prosource and its customer service and account managers for 15 years now.

Very frustrating experience
Company has been Very frustrating to work with since day 1. First time had an appt and the guy had left. No courtesy phone call either so we had to set up another time. We continued on bc this is who our contractor wanted us to use. No one returns calls and when an order is cancelled due to not being in as promised, you cannot get a refund as promised. They have lots of samples but not worth the hassle of dealing with this company. Maybe this post will get me a phone call back from Eddie Carrales or a Mgr on the status of my refund since I have nothing positive to say about this company.

Great selections but there are issues with store personnel. The Prosource person who ordered the tile messed up the order, which added several days to the job. The most aggravating thing about this is he did not take responsibility for this error, and did not try to do anything to expedite the order. His attitude seemed to be, oh well. I called the store manager several times leaving phone message to call me back to let him know that the order was shorted by 10 boxes of tile! The store manager never called me back. In addition, we used a contractor refered to us by the same Prosource person who didn't order enough tile. The results were absolutely terrible. About half the tiles will need to be replaced, because the tiles are grossly uneven. You could actually trip on some of the edges because of differeces in elevation between adjacent tiles. Our home is tore up, we can't move anything back to the room because the tile is messed up and needs rework. All the other rooms in the house now have overflow furniture etc from the room with the bad tile job. Our living conditions are cramped and very inconvenient. I will say though, although the contractor appears to be a very good person and promises to fix the tile. We will see how it goes. Hopefully our lives/living conditions we become normal again soon. This has been a nightmare.
