Very dishonest
Prosource agreed to install flooring for my friends condo. She paid in full before the job was started as required by Prosource. It has been over a month now and they have still not completed the job and have not provided a completion date. She is now talking to an attorney. Don't hire Prosource. They are very dishonest!

Ali B.’s Reviews 1.0 star rating DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our contractor referred ProSource for our flooring and cabinets; we had issues from day one. When sending our measurements and revisions, the design team did not pay attention to any of the modifications we made or minor details that needed to be updated to the design. It took over seven revisions to get the measurements to what we needed. Thereafter communication, responsiveness and customer service went out the door, and they stopped returning calls and emails. Even one of their employees told us that the company had horrible customer service. Due to their poor designing and ordering a cabinet that won't fit our double over (after we sent dimensions and specs) we are stuck with a cabinet that we will not be able to use. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!! It puts all responsibility on the buyer even if ProSource messes up the measurements and purchasing. We also reached out to the owner,f Brett multiple times and have yet year hear from him. FINAL THOUGHT, RUN, AND DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Friendly, great customer service
I normally deal with Chis Holder who is great! On this particular day he was out of the office and I had to deal with who ever could help me in a hurry. The receptionist, Albs Coffey was the great person who did just that. She went above and beyond to locate an invoice and get the product I needed ordered and ready for when I showed up. She was very helpful and has great customer service.

mixed review, good prices but salesman provided the wrong info for pickup
I recently purchased over $2k of tile, with 4 separate orders. The prices I received were good but the salesman, who is no longer with Prosource, repeatedly sent me the wrong numbers for picking up the tile from Queen Sales/ freight. This resulted in extra time and the freight company was not happy. He also could not find my emails or fax I sent him. Not what I would consider a professional experience.

Awesome Experience + Awesome Store
When we first walked in it was overwhelming! It was "I want that and that and that"! Then Chris Holder came to the rescue. Asked questions on color, texture, style and what look we wanted. Narrowed it down to 1 pattern for the kitchen and another for the bath. Ordering was quick & easy. Flooring was ready for pick up very quick. Couldn't be happier. Just placed my second order to continue on to 2 new rooms! Thank You Pro Source

Order all wrong
We ordered wood floors to match out downstairs, they were suppose to come in one size, they came in three sizes and ProSource has a no refund no returns policy. They ordered it wrong and I was charged more to put them down. We gave them another chance, and ordered tile. The glass tile came in the wrong color, now I am stuck with them at $600.00 for a box of tile which is going to make my bathroom look like crap, so much for spending so much money at this place and get the wrong items and you can't return them. This really makes me want to cry....
