High quality professional and friendly service
I have been in and out of the office several times for buttons coming off and have come to know Dr. Remer and staff very well. 😁 Yesterday I had to have new impressions taken for my invisalign. Both Helen and Franklin made my experience comfortable and relaxing. Very professional, quality service and friendly as well. Definitely recommend the Westland office 👍

Redwood Dental( Westland)
Dec. 30: I went to Redwood Dental in Westland due to a filling coming out. I saw one of the dentists and has a temporary crown put on the tooth. The crown cracked 1-2 days later. I had to go in Jan 2., to have them repair the crown. Jan 10: I went back because I was still experiencing pain along side my ear and down my jaw. I was prescribed a muscle relaxer and the temporary crown was filed down. The permanent was scheduled to be put on Jan.20. Jan 19: The temporary crown came off and leaving me unable to talk. This also increased my tooth pain. Jan 20: I told them my temporary crown came off and the dental assistant told me "Why didn't you just put it back on?. I told the dentist to please give me a referral for a root canal, since I was still having pain. They put the permanent crown on with temporary bond. I got home and noticed that the crown did not match the color to the surrounding teeth. Jan 27: I had a root canal performed with a specialist. I asked the specialist if she could do something about the color of the crown. She agreed that the color was too light. The specialist stated that I would have to returned to the dentist to fix the crown. I called the Redwood Dental after my seeing the specialist and explained the issue about the crown. I was given an appointment for Feb. 6. Jan 29: The dentist from Redwood Dental called and I explained the crown issue with her and that I had an appointment for Feb. 6. Feb 6: I came in for my appointment and the dental assistant told me that nothing was wrong with the crown. I told her it was too light. The dental assistant stated that they showed me the crown when they put it in. I told her that was incorrect. She that explained that my teeth were hard to match and she didn't see anything wrong with the crown. The dentist came back and informed me that they was nothing they could do in the office and I would have to go to the laboratory to get the crown fixed. I asked why was I not informed of this before I made the appointment and that is difficult for me to take time off of work. The dentist explained that I would have to go to the laboratory and come back to them to put the permanent crown on with the permanent bonding. The dentist assistant made an appointment for the laboratory on Feb. 13 and said that I did not need to make appointment for to come back to have the crown put. I can just walk in without an appointment, since that is a Tuesday. This is my experience so far with Redwood Dental in Westland.
